Creamy Rooibos and Mushroom Ramen Recipe

Inspiration: Rooibos and earthy mushroom flavors


Ingredients:

• 1 packet Nongshim Neoguri (or Shin Ramyun for spicier flavor)

• 200g portobello mushrooms, sliced

• 1 cup strong brewed rooibos tea

• 1/2 cup cream

• 2 tbsp butter

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• Fresh thyme for garnish


Instructions:

1. Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic and mushrooms until golden brown.

2. Add brewed rooibos tea and simmer until reduced by half.

3. Stir in the cream and let it thicken slightly.

4. Cook the Nongshim noodles according to package instructions.

5. Mix the noodles with the creamy rooibos mushroom sauce.

6. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve hot.
