Chakalaka Vegetable Ramen Recipe
Inspiration: Classic South African chakalaka flavors
Ingredients:
• 1 packet Samyang Ramen (original or cheese flavor)
• 1 can chakalaka (mild or spicy)
• 1 cup shredded cabbage
• 1 carrot, julienned
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry cabbage and carrot until softened.
2. Add chakalaka and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Cook Samyang noodles according to package instructions.
4. Mix the noodles with the chakalaka vegetable sauce.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy a spicy, tangy bowl of ramen!
