Cape Malay Chicken Curry Ramen Recipe
Inspiration: Cape Malay flavors with a creamy twist
Ingredients:
• 1 packet Nongshim Shin Ramyun
• 250g chicken breast, cubed
• 2 tbsp Cape Malay curry powder
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 can coconut milk
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Handful of baby spinach
• Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
2. Add chicken cubes and Cape Malay curry powder. Stir well until chicken is browned.
3. Pour in coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Cook the Nongshim noodles according to package instructions.
5. Mix the noodles into the curry sauce.
6. Add spinach and let it wilt. Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander.
